We, human beings, mostly do our things as groups. That way, taking care of our health and wellbeing and making solid connections among our group members is essential. WildMind offers several group wellbeing programs to enhance health and wellbeing in different societies, allowing us to reconnect with nature and others around us. Group wellbeing sessions are a great way to socialize in a mindful way.

To whom is it beneficial for

Student groups, workplace teams, organizations, family members, friend groups, adult groups, and young groups are welcome for WildMind group wellbeing sessions. We support you through these sessions to reconnect with nature and connect with others in a very mindful manner to overcome stress caused by work, study, or daily life routines.

Sometimes we organize random group wellbeing sessions with people with different backgrounds; it might be beneficial for those who want to participate in group sessions but do not have any specific group to come with.

Our group wellbeing sessions occur in urban green spaces, nature trails, or nearby forest areas, and a session lasts 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the group’s requirements. All the sessions can be tailored according to your needs.

(Shinrin -Yoku)

Activate your senses through nature

Forest bathing is a Japanese wellbeing practice AKA Shinrin-Yoku. You don't need a swim suite to do this! It is just simply practiced by walking through the forest and taking in the forest environment through our five senses in a very relaxed way. By practicing forest bathing, you will gain healthful physical and psychological benefits, and also it's a great way to reconnect with nature in an engaging way.

You may think, Why do I need a coach or a guide to do so? Yes! Half away, your thinking is correct because nature is your therapist in forest bathing sessions. But a coach's support allows you to slow down while inviting you into simple sensory connection activities that will be unlike anything you have experienced before.

Our forest bathing walks are accessible for every one of you, regardless of your physical fitness level or nature skills. Usually, during a session, we walk through the forest for less than a mile while doing sensory activities, and walks conclude with a tea ceremony making space to share what you experience through the session.

Also, forest bathing walks are a great way to socialize with people who have similar interests to you.

We spend most of our time using digital devices and screens to manage work, study, or daily life. It is challenging to avoid those digital devices even if we know that overusing devices and screens directly affects our wellbeing.

Our digital detox program is specially designed for those who spend most of their time using digital devices and make space for you to disconnect from and reconnect with nature and yourself.

We offer this digital detox program especially for IT organizations to improve their employees' mental and physical wellbeing and improve team bonds, creativity, and also productivity among coworkers.

Mindfulness and nature art therapy for Children groups & families

Integrating mindfulness into nature-connected art-making is one of the great ways to interact with children and allow them to experience nature. Nowadays, our kids primarily interact with computers and smart devices, but not so with natural environments. Through this program, we make space for children and families to be creative with nature elements by making therapeutic arts.

We organize children’s art therapy programs in summer and autumn during the school holidays. Children between the ages of 6 to 14 are most welcome for our programs.

You can also come as a family and experience this nature-connected art therapy program by allowing your kids to connect with nature while making a special family bond.

Usually, our retreats take place during the summer holidays somewhere in the countryside. If it’s a multiday retreat, we provide accommodation and food. Join us at our retreats in the summertime, or contact us if you already have a group of people who want a wellbeing retreat experience.
