Wild food foraging walks and tea tasting workshops
Foraging wild food is a skill many of us have lost with our modern lifestyle and urbanism. But if you are still interested in getting the experience and learning about edible plants, suggested uses, preserving methods, and healthy and delicious drinks and dishes preparing, join us for our foraging workshops in early spring to late autumn.
In our foraging workshops, you’ll be guided through safety considerations as well as ethical & legal considerations regarding foraging from the wild areas.
Well, what you forage depends on the season; spring is the busiest season for foragers. Here in Nothern Europe, we are lucky to have four seasons, and there’s something to forage in all the seasons. Our workshops occur in the least polluted and less human-contacted wild areas and seashores.
